We would like to share ideas on the publication "Monkeypox Outbreaks in Non-Endemic Countries: What Do We Know and What Do We Need? 1" by Shamabadi and Akhondzadeh discussed on clinical problem of the new disease and ways to correspond to the problem 1. We are aware of the importance of the current monkeypox outbreak. There are still other problems that must be resolved. Monkeypox infection poses a serious risk to public health on a global scale, which is now well accepted. Frequently, common skin lesions and severe clinical febrile illness coexist. The possibility of the monkeypox virus spreading from one person to another is growing. Recent investigations into the human condition, particularly those that focus on sexual interactions, have shed light on some of the most important issues of our day. This could be the pandemic of monkeypox's as-yet-unknown etiology 2. A patient may require hospital admission if they have a serious clinical condition and are receiving successful treatment for their illness. Compounds that were easily administered and were identified in a lab from crust. It's crucial to discuss both the precise diagnosis of monkeypox and any possible comorbid conditions. Last but not least, molecular-based diagnosis is currently the accepted diagnostic for the condition. Starting with an effective method for collecting samples, a solid laboratory quality control process is essential. It is absolutely necessary to standardize analytical laboratories through laboratory accreditation. Numerous monkeypox testing laboratories still had quality issues according to the previous study 3.
